Is Invoxa really free?

Yes. You can create and download unlimited PDF invoices without an account. A free account lets you save up to 5 invoices a month and 3 clients. Pro ($9/month) adds unlimited saving, reminders, recurring invoices and more.

Do I need to sign up to make an invoice?

No. Open the invoice generator, fill in the fields, and download your PDF. Sign up only if you want to save invoices, keep a client list, or send invoices by email.

Can I add my logo and change the colors?

Yes. Pick one of the templates, choose an accent color, and upload your logo. Saving invoices with a logo is part of the Pro plan; you can try it in the free tool.

Which currencies and taxes are supported?

You can invoice in 29 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and INR. Add a tax rate (sales tax, VAT or GST), a discount and shipping, and totals update automatically.

Is my invoice data private?

What should an invoice include?
