Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in a couple of clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your invoices stay in your account.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan, including Founder Lifetime. Email farrukhtahir5@gmail.com within 30 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. After that, you can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges.
What is the Founder Lifetime deal?
A one-time payment of $69 for Pro with no renewals. It's limited to the first 50 buyers or until November 15, 2026, whichever comes first. The counter on this page shows the real number of seats left.
How are taxes handled?
Card payments are processed by our merchant of record (Creem or Lemon Squeezy). They calculate and collect any applicable sales tax or VAT based on your location and provide a proper receipt for your records.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download any invoice as a PDF on every plan, and Pro includes a CSV export of all invoices for your accountant. If you leave, your data is yours.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The invoice generator and PDF downloads are free with no time limit. The free plan exists so you can try Invoxa properly; upgrade only if you need the Pro features.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through our merchant of record. In Pakistan you can also pay in PKR by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa: message us and we'll send you an invoice, then switch Pro on as soon as the payment arrives.
