About Invoxa
Invoxa is a small, independent software business run by Mohammad Farrukh Tahir based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We make invoicing simple for freelancers and small businesses, and we help sales-tax-registered businesses in Pakistan get set up for FBR Digital Invoicing.
What Invoxa is
A web app for creating professional invoices. The free invoice generator works without an account: fill in the form, pick a design and download a PDF. There are also ready-made invoice templates for over 50 trades and practical invoicing guides.
A free account lets you save invoices and clients. Pro (from $9/month) adds your logo, emailing invoices, an online invoice link, payment reminders, recurring invoices and CSV export.

The FBR Digital Invoicing service
In Pakistan, many sales-tax-registered businesses now have to issue invoices through FBR's Digital Invoicing system. We offer a fixed-price, done-with-you setup: a readiness check, the IRIS steps, sandbox testing and your first FBR-numbered invoice with its QR code. How the FBR integration works (via PRAL)
We are not an FBR-licensed integrator, and we are not affiliated with FBR or PRAL. By law, PRAL acts as a licensed integrator and provides integration free of cost. In IRIS, the business chooses PRAL as its licensed integrator and registers its software and server IP address. Invoxa then acts as that business's invoicing software: it sends invoices to FBR with the business's own token, from a server IP the business has whitelisted.
You stay in control. The token belongs to your business, you can revoke it in IRIS at any time, and you keep your own tax adviser for returns and advice. We help with the setup and the software; we don't give tax advice.
Your data
- Invoices made without an account stay in your own browser. We don't keep a copy.
- Saved invoices and clients are stored in our database only to run the service.
- FBR tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to submit the invoices you ask us to submit.
- Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
- We don't sell your data or show ads. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
